Zakumi is the name of the official mascot of 2010 Fifa World Cup this coming June. Zakumi is said to be 15 years old already and he is an anthropomorphised leopard with green hair. His name came from the host name South Africa in which ZA means the South Africa then the KUMI means ten. The mascot's colours reflect those of the host nation's playing strip – yellow and green.
